API call to lock user?

We have an API that you can use to unlock a user account in the Private Cloud if a user’s account is locked due to attributes set in the password policy:

http://<MS_IP>:8080/v1/users/{user_email}/status?action=unlock

Do we have an API to do the lock? I tried "action=lock" but that does not seem to work.
