Does SmartDocs support PATCH operation. How to debug an internal error in SmartDocs

Does SmartDocs support PATCH operation. A straight forward PATCH request seems to always fail out-of-box. The API works from other REST clients, but fails from SmartDocs. I see "An internal error has occurred. Please retry your request."

The call doesn't reach Edge and hence tracing isn't helping. How to debug such issues in DevPortal.

Yes, It was an Issue. I have fixed it. Can you please check now. PATCH was missing in the Access-Control-Allow-Methods , I have added. I have tested it's working now. Please verify. Thanks.
