Hi, I am currently going through the academy material, while playing the videos I am getting "The server unexpectedly closed the connection." response in place of the videos.

This is happening very frequently now and is hampering my learning. Is there any specific reason for this to happen. Please provide your inputs. All suggestions are welcome.

Just a suggestion! I used to face issue where videos from apigee does not play in my office but will play from home. May be you can try from home

There may be some firewall settingw which may block the videos from playing. Just try to play the video from open network.
