Can you check if edge-management-server-4.16.05-0.0.531 is owned by 'apigee' user? If not, please change the ownership and retry again.

@archendra the directory is owned by 'apigee' user. The customer still sees the issue.

The directory and the subdirectories are owned by apigee.
This issue was resolved after re-running the right upgrade script. The management-server upgrade is now successful. Thanks!
