Yes, it's possible to add a company to a rate plan. Select "Developer" dropdown and then find in the list Company. Note: The developer list contains developers+companies.

Application has to be created per company,every developer in company shares the apps. If app was created for the developer… then its regarded as developer’s app.

In this case counting will work across all developers.

Thanks Alex, the answers you're providing are related to company apps. The question I asked are developer-rate-plans and how do "add a company" RATHER THAN "add a developer" to a rate plan. Is this possible?
