Is there any trial version of developer portal is available, which we can use to understand it better?

You can request one here . Trial Orgs we only provide Admin UI Access. Currently, we don't provide codebase access to portals for trial orgs for any customisations. I see you are from Apigee Partner, Contact your Apigee Partner point of contact in your organisation to get full access to developer portal.

Hi Anil,

the following link has the tutorials however there are many gaps...

for example in the section "How to get a Developer Portal" has a sign up page, but does not tell how to navigate to the page.

another example Out of the Box Tour also do not have a way to know how to sign up a api-eatery project etc...

i am not able to follow. please help me.

Also, i notice that we can create Portals from the new edge UI using the "Publish > Portals" page

How are they both different.

Hi @Udaya Kaky, Apigee provides two types of portals,

Drupal Portal - Is only available for paid customers and is fully customizable.

New Edge UI integrated portal (lightweight) - Is available for all users, it has fewer features when compared with the Drupal portal.

Earlier Drupal portal was available for all the users, so the academy videos shows us how to get them. But these videos are out-datd.

This is incorrect information, Drupal based portal is not only available for on-prem customers and the most current course content can be found in Coursera at https://www.coursera.org/specializations/apigee-api-gcp or our 4MVD
