Did apigee start ignoring io.timeout.millis value over 60 seconds?

We have a value of 120000 for io.timeout.millis in our simple proxy. I'm not positive this was previously honored but It appears that sometime around April 13th we started getting 504 errors on previously working calls. I have entered a support ticket but wanted to check with the community in case that generates a better/quicker answer.

The docs say the default value is 120 - a bit out of date?

They also say to contact support to "discuss" changes to it...

You would get a 504 if the router or ELB timeout is set lower than the timeout set in the proxy. Ideally you want a tapering timeout to be set where ELB > Router>Proxy timeout. Please raise a support ticket to get this verified and set correctly.
