Is anyone supporting the Apigee Deploy Maven Plugin?

I have been trying to use the Apigee deploy maven plugin with no success. I've posted the issue in gitbub - https://github.com/apigee/apigee-deploy-maven-plugin but no one seems to be responding. Is this project still active? Is anyone supporting and can offer assistance with the issue?

I had contacted Apigee support and they responded that they do not support the plugin.
