How do I reset the developer portal and request a new one?

I'm trying to setup the developer portal and it looks like someone from my company who no longer works here has requested this in the past and it will not let me request it again. How do I reset this and set it up from scratch? When I go to our developer portal link it just shows the Pantheon default page saying the site is not setup.

Can you create a support ticket in your Edge Support Portal here http://apigee.com/about/support/portal ?

If you do not have a login to the Edge Support Portal, you might want to request access https://pages.apigee.com/request-support-general.html

Or you can open a ticket using this form to create the support ticket for getting access to the developer portal: http://apigee.com/docs/content/developer-services-portal-request#torequestaportal

I will be happy to create an account for you and give you access to the developer portal
