Coming to your question, Apigee Link is currently not available for trial users / public users. It's available only for Enterprises who are interested. If you are representing an Enterprise & interested to buy same contact sales here.

As said by @rajeshmishra , It's built on top of open source API First IOT platform zettajs. You can download it freely & explore same to see how ZettaJS works. You can checkout sample projects & play with zettajs without a need to create any account. Keep us posted if you have any further queries.
