@A.Anu Manasa , Yes, It's possible. But, More interested to know what's the context & use case behind it.
You can make any API call from custom module inside developer portal if you are thinking about some custom feature. But, If you would like to expose this to UI / As a documentation / API Console, you always have Smartdocs feature out of the box.
