Free org ceased to work

I use a free org named "test-4g” for my own learning and sometimes for demos. It seems any API traffic to my org is returning 404, now. ( sample API call below: ) curl -v http://test-4g-test.apigee.net/v2/stubbed

Even trace sessions can't be created. Apparently the org does not have any MP associated with it anymore. Not sure how to get support on free orgs. Can someone please look into bringing this org back to life?

So I would not be able to recover this org. I should sign up for a new org. Is that correct?
