Are you using Apigee cloud? We do not provide management server IPs for our cloud.

Why do you need those IPs to configure microgateway?

For Apigee cloud, you should use api.enterprise.apigee.com

For Apigee private cloud - you should contact the admin who installed Apigee. It will be the IP of the VM where Management Server is installed.
