Not yet. Today you cannot use Apigee Test for Load testing.
At max you can generate 4 API calls per API every 30 seconds using Test (unless of course you have every probe making the same API call, but thats a hack. And you still won't be able to control number of concurrent requests etc. which load testing tools like jmeter provides).
