We are trying to resolve an issue with our API that has been ongoing since the scheduled maintenance began, but we are unable to file a support ticket. We have requested access to the support system, but have received no response so far.

We have an paid account, but organization administrators don't seem to have access to contact support by default? How do we contact support without waiting 24 hours?
