What type of role should i have to download the report csv file?

Piyush,

Any out-of-the-box organization role that includes "GET" access for "/reports" allows a user with that role to use "Export as CSV" functions. Likewise custom roles enable the user to do this if under "Reports" section, view is selected in general or for specific reports.
