Can Apigee EDGE provide logs in CEF format? If not, which formats are supported by default?

No, I don't think logs in CEF formats are applicable. I don't think we provide any security logs in general. If a security incident occurs we might provide specific information about the Root Cause etc. of the incident but it will be in an Apigee specific format and it might or might not include logs.
