I created a new user manually (deveeloper/admins) via edge. They did not click activate link within timeframe. Now, they are unable to login and get an error saying account needed activation. I tried deleting and re-adding the user with same email but doesnt help.
How can I enable them?
@Nikhil Aggarwal , Welcome to Apigee Community. Try reset password with that Email Address & see if that helps. If it's still not working please contact Apigee Support.

Hi @Anil Sagar - We tried that and it didn't work. Once you click link from email it says account is not activated click here, but that link goes no where. Yes, I am working with Support now.
