How to set "target.host" for a timeout transaction?

Not applicable

Whenever there is a transaction timeout, target.host,target.ip,target.port all fields are not being set.In splunk logs all these fields are empty.

Is there any way to get target.host name for timeout transaction?

Target variables are typically populated. If you have a reproducible circumstance where the following are not populated please provide a sample so we can review further:

  1. target.name
  2. target.basepath
  3. target.ur
  4. target.host
  5. target.ip
