Adding new Postgres Slave when current slave is terminated

Dear All,

We have a 13 Node Cluster in On Premise. Where our master server crashed and we could not recover it.

We promoted our slave to master already. Does anyone know how i can add a new slave or multiple slaves for High Availability ? Also how data replication will happen towards new slave ?
