Apigee recently did a webinar AWS on how to use apply API management to AWS Services. Would love to here the communities experience on this.

@alan@apigee.com I'm having fun playing with this integration Alan and will post my progress here in the community

Any insights on this yet? We're a heavy AWS user, with multiple VPCs in more than one AWS region, and are currently considering Apigee to front our various data services and expose them to clients and our own apps.

Would be good to hear what experience people have had with this kind of scenario.

  • What deployment option are people using, SaaS, Hybrid, fully on-prem etc?
  • For those using the simple SaaS option, what is the kind of lag they're seeing, is it a problem?
  • For Hybrid, how easy/difficult was it to get the components installed and maintain them?

Hi Patrick

RE 2 - Feel free to try an evaluation org although note your evaluation will probably be running within a US region.

RE 3 - Feel free to try out the microgateway https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/microgateway/edge-microgateway-home
