Error Code 5202 - Edge API Management Activation

Hi,

I have created an account but I am not able to activate my Adge API account.

I have followed the instructions provided in the link: https://community.apigee.com/content/kbentry/14966/edge-api-management-activate-encountered-error-co...

I have tried creating an organisation with around 5 combinations of letters with and with and without hyphens. Everytime I am getting the same error code 5202.

When I try to access the link "https://enterprise.apigee.com/oAuth2ImplicitGrantCallbackHandler" I get the error- "The user avneogi@wiley.com does not belong to an organization."

Please advise.

I have also faced this issue earlier - i think this is a provisioning error during that time - can you try again?

Thanks @mukundha for responding.

Still the same error. Have tried with at least 6 different organisation names but always the same error. I also tried from both my home and office. Not sure what is the problem.

ah..bad timing, i think there was/is a scheduled release going on today - so the signups are blocked during this time - you can check the status & subscribe to it - http://status.apigee.com/ - can you try after the current one is completed? thanks

Was finally able to activate my account.
