why does bootstrap api return an empty Array for apiProxies even with Edgemicrogateway aware proxies defined?

Not applicable

we have an Apigee private cloud installation. As per the documenation, I've created 'Edge Microgateway-aware' proxies with 'edgemicro_' prefix, but edgemicrogateway is not able to download any ApiProxy configuration upon startup.

startup shows this message:

warning: no edge micro proxies found in org

A similar setup works fine with Apigee Cloud account.

One thing I notice is that an apiProxy by name 'edgemicro-internal' is explicitly created on the private Cloud during the edgemicro-gateway setup. But the same is not so explicit on the apigee cloud platform.

Hi @pkmronedge,

These are the requirements for using Edge Micro on Private Cloud -- if you have these bases covered, then we'll need to do some more debugging to get an answer:

  • Are you on Private Cloud version 4.15.07?
  • Are you using Edge Micro version 1.1.1?
  • Did you follow the configure instructions for a Private Cloud?

@wwitman, Thank you for the response! Our Private Cloud version is 4.15.04.00. This probably is the reason? Yes, for Edge Micro version. Yes, for the configure instructions. However, we are not very sure on the router-ip port. we used the same port that gets us in onto the private cloud's Dashboard and service/API management tools.
