Is there a cost to using ssl on pantheon live environment?

We are using Apigee SMB. It was our impression that adding a custom domain and ssl to our developer portal was included in the yearly fee. When I go to: Pantheon Dashboard -> Live environment -> Domains/HTTPS -> HTTPS. It tells me that $30 / month fee for self server users. Is this correct or should I ignore this message since we are using Pantheon as part of the apigee SMB (it says Apigee professional when I'm logged into Pantheon).

My question was answered by customer support. This message is a default Pantheon message. Since we are paying Apigee SMB members, it's included in the yearly fee.
