All previously set proxy endpoints not woking, getting "java.lang.ArithmeticException: Value cannot fit in an int: 262971878400" error

Till yesterday all our proxy endpoints were working perfectly.

From today onwards we are receiving the following error when make an API call.

This is the error i am getting

This has caused all API running in our system to fail. We received notifcation of a rolling update taking place but has since completed and our systems no longer work.
