Custom Reports displays Null values even if API is not executed .

Custom Reports displays Null values even if API is not executed .

Steps followed: 1. Created an API . 2. Created Statistics policy and selected Request.queryparameter and provided name and provide ref as message.querystring . 3. Save the API. 4. Go to custom reports and create a report selecting the dimension created above and select metric as sum of traffic count . 5. Save the report . Now in the report displayed , check for hour, week, and even 10 mins ..we see Null values . For week it displays in count in 100s . Can you please let me know as to why these Null values are displayed even when it is not executed.

Could you please share the screen shot of the error, as i tried but it's working fine for me

@spadmanabhan , I see same for trial org, It does show custom dimension in custom reports but data is missing. It always shows "null". Any idea ? Is it not supported in trial org ?

@Anil Sagar this feature is supported. Pls. provide more details (directly) and we can investigate.
