Console to go

When I click "Console To-Go" I get:

Failed to load Console To-Go settings: Your username in the Console subsystem is not in sync with that in your user profile. Please visit the Settings page and reset your username to correct this discrepancy. Note that your username has a direct bearing on your Console URL.

When I click Console, I get redirected to https://apigee.com/providers?statusCode=303

It looks like this thread had the same error. https://community.apigee.com/questions/1426/how-do-i-edit-my-console-just-created.html but I don't see a resolution.

Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve?
