Does Apigee Edge support IPv6 in client.ip?

Does Apigee Edge support IPv6 for the client.ip field? In one scenario, Akamai service fronting Apigee Edge will send IPv6 in an upcoming release, and we'd like to confirm that this won't cause issues down the line. For example, I'm concerned if there are issues where Edge/UI parses client.ip or needs to display it in certain width.

Hello Alex,

Yes, IPV6 is supported by Apigee Edge as incoming client IP.

Could you please elaborate more on what do you mean by 'certain width'?

Thanks @Akash Prabhashankar. But does it mean that the parameter length of 'True-Client-IP' is also handled accordingly ?

Thanks @Akash Prabhashankar. Re: certain width, I was referring to parts in the UI where client.ip could show, such as in AX. That is a place where if the UI expects IPv4, perhaps it may not handle IPv6 gracefully.
