Career in API Management/Development

Greeting to all,

I am interested into becoming full time Apigee Consultant starting from today if I could, this is because I am very much interested in the backend integration systems, of course Apigee been the central point. And essential you can consider it as a creere switching move. And my level of Apigee is very advanced, I have picked this up on my current role where we use Apigee on a large project.

And my question is where exactly should I start looking, a few search on the job sites does not return any apigee related job, Am I looking in the right place ? if you could tell me what I need to do it would be great.

Here a few options that you could look into...

• we are hiring, so check out our vacancies and see if there's something there that interests you.
• explore our partnerships with many companies, see if they are hiring.
• explore our published customer list and similarly see if they are hiring.

It would be interesting if we can have a clear career path in this field "API Management/Development".

• For ex if someone have started as integration specialist:
  • what will be the next position with minimum prerequisites ?
  • what are the opportunities after 5 years ?
