API Calls in apigee edge to add/delete custom attributes in developer apps

Hi, I have a requirement to add/delete a custom attributes in developer apps through the API Calls. I didn't find the API Call documentation on this. Please let me know if you have the documentation links for these API Calls. Thanks in advance.
