MS UI Trace session is not shown clearly on using TLS 1.2 connection with backend server

A customer says that by configuring API proxy with

<HTTPTargetConnection> <SSLInfo> <Enabled>true</Enabled> <Protocols> <Protocol>TLSv1.2</Protocol>

the connection can be established with their backend server over https. But Trace session on MS UI becomes difficult to read. Is this a restriction on using TLS1.2? Or is there any workaround or update made on the newer versions of Apigee Edge Private Cloud than 14.07 which they use?

I confirmed by the customer that the issue was caused by some other problem on deployment. So I'll close this issue.
