Google reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting revised Terms of Use on the Community Website. Use of the Community Website by you following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use as modified.
You agree that all content that you contribute to the Community Website is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to Google under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike license. You grant Google the worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable and irrevocable right and license to use, copy, cache, transmit, publish, display, perform, distribute, modify, create derivative works of and store such content.
Neither the question, answer, ideas, articles, nor any other fields of the Community Website that enable you to submit and publish content (other than your profile) are intended for personal data, and you may not submit or publish personal data anywhere on the Community Website other than submitting and publishing your personal data in your profile. In addition, you represent, warrant and agree that you will not contribute any content that (a) infringes, violates or otherwise interferes with any copyright or trademark of another party, (b) reveals any trade secret, unless you own the trade secret or have the owner’s permission to post it, (c) infringes any intellectual property right of another or the privacy or publicity rights of another, (d) is libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, offensive or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party, (e) contains a virus, trojan horse, worm, time bomb or other computer programming routine or engine that is intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information, or (f) remains posted after you have been notified that such content violates any of sections (a) to (e) of this sentence. Any of the ideas, statements, or opinions expressed by members of the Community Website do not necessarily represent the views of Google, and should not be treated as an official representation of Google.
Use of the Community Website that: (i) violates the security of any computer network, (ii) cracks passwords or security encryption codes, (iii) transfers or stores illegal material including material that Google deems threatening or obscene, or (iv) constitutes or aids any kind of illegal activity is expressly prohibited. Under no circumstances will you use the Community Website to (a) send unsolicited emails, bulk mail, spam or other materials to users of the Community Website or any other individual, (b) harass, threaten, stalk or abuse any person or party, including other users of the Community Website, (c) create a false identity or to impersonate another person, or (d) knowingly post any false, inaccurate or incomplete material.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GOOGLE DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, LEGALITY OR OPERABILITY OF THE MATERIAL OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE. GOOGLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM (A) USE OF THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE, (B) DOWNLOADING INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOWNLOADS OF CONTENT POSTED BY YOU OR OTHER CONTRIBUTORS, OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF IMAGES, INFORMATION OR DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE UPLOAD, DOWNLOAD OR STORAGE OF CONTENT POSTED BY YOU OR OTHER CONTRIBUTORS.
As a user of the Community Website, you may gain access from the Community Website to third party sites on the Internet through hypertext or other computer links on the Community Website. Third party sites are not within the supervision or control of Google or the Community Website. Google does not (a) make any representation or warranty whatsoever about any third party site that is linked to the Community Website or (b) endorse the products or services offered on such third party site.
You may not (a) select or use as a profile name a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or (b) use as a profile name a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and are responsible for any use of or action taken under your password. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account and you agree to and hereby do release Google and each of its affiliates from any and all liability concerning such activity.

If you are a U.S. federal government department or agency or contracting on behalf of such department or agency, the Community Website is a “Commercial Item” as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as those terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Community Website is made accessible to you with only those rights as provided under these Terms of Use.
IN NO EVENT WILL GOOGLE BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR (B) ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER IN EXCESS OF US$100.00, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR SAVINGS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ACCESSED ON OR THROUGH THE COMMUNITY WEBSITE, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF GOOGLE HAS BEEN ADVISED (OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN) OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above disclaimers and limitations of liability may not apply to you.
