We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Home Page, a one-stop shop for all support resources such as Troubleshooting Playbooks, Troubleshooting Videos, Policy Error Message Documentation, Limits Documentation, Community, and Technical Support and Service.
Starting June 19, 2019, www.apigee.com/about/support will redirect to cloud.google.com/apigee/support. Use the new page to Submit/View support and service requests. We recommend updating your bookmarks to point to our new Support Home Page. Read the FAQ below to familiarize yourself and prepare for the change.
What changes are being made?
Starting June 19, 2019, www.apigee.com/about/support will redirect to cloud.google.com/apigee/support, our new home for Apigee Support resources. This new page is a one-stop shop for all support resources such as Troubleshooting Playbooks, Troubleshooting Videos, Policy Error Message Documentation, Limits Documentation, Community, and Technical Support and Service.
Why are we making these changes?
Apigee is making this change in order to provide all support resources such as Troubleshooting Playbooks & Videos, Support Documents, Community, and Technical Support and Service in one location, making it easier to find the information you need.
How do I access the support portal?
On the Support Home Page, scroll down to the ‘File a support ticket’ section and click ‘File A Ticket’. This will take you to a new login page where you can use your existing support portal username and password to login. Once you login, you will be taken to the familiar Customer Support Portal home page and the Support Portal experience continues to remain the same as before. We recommend bookmarking our Support Home Page.
What actions do I need to take?
If you use a password tool to store your username and password, be sure to retrieve them, as you will need these to login to the support portal using our new login page which is accessible from our Support Home Page.
What if my username and/or password do not work?
To reset your password, use the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link on the Apigee customer portal login page. You will need your username in order to retrieve your password. If you have lost your username, please use the ‘Request access to Customer Support Portal’ link on the login page and follow the instructions.
