duplicate notification - Email Notifications for Google Forms

My subs are for 2 users but we have problems with duplicated notifications.

User 1 does "Stop sending form notifications from your current email address" but it is still duplicated and sometimes triple notification,

 
 After clicking Disable or restart button I didn't get an onscreen message confirming that the notifications have been turned off for that Google Form.

Hope you're doing well, one quick question regarding this:

  • Is this currently happening with all existing forms? And what about the newly created?
  • Notifications come from the same sender IP? Same question for MessageID

I'm making this questions just to discard any corruption on the current form that can be copied or recreated from the scratch just to check if that was the issue itself

Hi @MattDV it's happening only with all existing forms not the newly created. Same IP, different messageID . 

And I can't do restart or reset the notification rules.
