The admin did not activated two-step verification and now we have no access to the domain

We are Google Partners, and we have tried to contact Google by the regular ways or try to recover the access to the domains but none of them works:

- To call for suppor (it ask for the PIN which we do not have)

- To retrieve the access with this portal: Recuperación (googleapps.com) (but at the 2° step, where we have to try an automated recovery, it supose the system will take us back to the process of domain recovery, but it doesn't.)

- I looked up for more information but there is nothing useful.

 

 I can not believe the Google Support is so hard to find)

Please, anyone knows what can we do now?

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

@F3_User  You shouldn't wait for it to take you to the next step, you should click on the "Go to recovery " button once you click on it will ask you to try recovering your id and when it fails they will show you the instruction on the account recovery screen itself saying you needs to add so and so DNS records to your domain.

You add it, come back. click on next and proceed further with the instructions on screen.
