Are you the workspace administrator of the domain or an end user of the domain? Or by any chance is this regarding a personal free Google Account (@gmail.com/@googmail.com)? Knowing what type of account and even if you are admin or end user would help us to better tailor our responses to you because for example how an admin would recover their account is going to be different than how an end user would be and then how you recover a personal Google Account (which of course doesn't have admins) would be different than recovering a Workspace account.
But just to give some resources about all the topics:

recovering a personal free Google Account ending with @ gmail.com: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en

if you are the Workspace Administrator and lost access to your own account: https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en

if you are an end user of the domain account: honestly it actually depends on if the admin has allowed users to recover their own accounts or not. If the admin has or has not, either way you can read the article at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33382?hl=en&ref_topic=4388358. When you try to log into your Google Account regardless of if it is workspace or personal free, it should give you an error message. Were you given an error message? If so, what was it? That would help you also determine your course of action.
