It depends on the circumstances that you are trying to achieve. There is Google Takeout Transfer https://takeout.google.com/transfer . This allows the individual user to transfer their own data.

Or as an Administrator you can transfer data from one account to another when you are deleting the first account. This can only be done within the same domain though.

I’m assuming that you’re referring to Google Workspace when you say “GWS.” If that’s correct, a little more information would help:

1) When you talk about “data,” are you referring just to files in Drive, or are you also referring to other stuff like email messages, Calendar entries, and so on?

2) Is the destination account you want to transfer the data to in the same Workspace instance as the source account, or is it in a different instance?
