Own SAML Application

Hi,

We are using a data solution in our compagny and we would like to push our Google workspace identity into this tool. I saw that there's a catalog of SAML application: https://support.google.com/a/table/9217027?sjid=9869835479197840070-EU

But unfortunately our data solution isn't in your catalog.

I would like to know if there's any framework today to  develop its own application SAML for SCIM provisionning and submit it to Google to make it official. If yes, does somebody have some sources about it please ?
