Google Workspace Administration Completed, but NO Email with Swag Store code...

So I completed that Google Workspace Professional Certificate a few days ago, and was wondering how to claim the swag for doing that. And I saw a post from last year saying I "should have" received an email with a code upon completion. I got my completion certificate, but I never got that email with the code...
Just wondering if anyone knows how to solve this?

Hi Sage! Firstly, congratulations on your certification 🎉 If there weren't instructions in the email that had your certificate and digital toolkit, I'd recommend reaching out to certification support.

So customer support at that link said they don't handle this issue, and to go to Cousera's Learn Center. But going there gives me no options for this kind of issue. The Customer chat on Coursera said to come here and ask for help...
So Google sends out the promotion to finish the course to earn swag but if you don't get your code for doing that there is no one that can resolve this...
Is Google Swag even worth this hassle?
