It's been almost a month after writing my online proctored Google ACE exam. I passed the exam, but I'm yet to receive the official result and certificate from Google. Worse still, there is no correspondence at all to that effect even after sending an email to Google.

did you open a ticket? If not, login to web assessor and under the assessments and the exam you took - there is a link to open a support request when confirmation is not rec'd
