To make some things more clear:

You earn Arcade points by doing labs in the games. The game labs are free, and the earned Arcade points are not shareable. They can be used to redeem swags.

You need credits to do other labs of your choice. They usually cost money, but you can get them for free i.e., as a bonus in Arcade Insider emails or from other people who have spare ones.

i have 14 arcade points but  still i did not got any mail , for the swags how can claim swags

Keep collecting your points as this arcade term will end in june so you will be able to claim the swags in july and next term will start from September And end in December.
