setExportUsageBucket is throwing an 'unknown collection for [bucketname]' error

Hi,

I am trying to export usage and cost information for our dev project that is running in Google cloud. When i try to enable the 'export usage' for Compute engine, am getting the following error,

ERROR: (gcloud.beta.compute.project-info.set-usage-bucket) unknown collection for [bucket name]

Any help/support would be beneficial
