How to implement DNS Forwarding and DNS peering?

I have gone through google docs but didn't find any implementation docs there.

Howdy .... I looked and found this documentation page in Cloud DNS documentation:

It seems to talk about both DNS Forwarding and DNS Peering.  Perhaps we can drill into the puzzle and see what precisely you desire to achieve and what you may have attempted?

Thanks @kolban, This is really helpful. I also found the amazing video on YouTube that explained very well and helped me in implementation if DNS Forwarding and DNS Peering.
