Difficulty of making a diologflow ES chatbot. Alternatives if coding exp is necessary

Want diologflow ES to use files from my computer, with whatever format it recognizes, and works best with. Also found difficulty finding means to download diologflow ES. I have a google cloud account. Any hints, pointers would be appreciated.

You can easily search Dialogflow ES on your console as long as you have a GCP account/project. I will also drop this Dialogflow ES documentation here which includes quickstarts, how-to guides, tutorials, etc.,  to help you start building your own responsive chat bot.

The quickstart consists of setting up your Dialogflow ES, building an agent, connecting your agent to services with fulfillment, interactions with integrations and API, entity creation, and other functionalities.
