Deployment Manager not Working

Hello,

"cyberpanel" under deployment manager is not working. Unable to SSH and admin url and all sites. The virtual machine to which it is connected cannot be accessed via SSH.

What should I do about it?

So nothing is available. And it is impossible to find support. GCP has been a huge regret for me.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with GCP products. If you would like me to troubleshoot further It may help me to know more about your setup. Can you elaborate on your use case? As well, have you looked into this document[1] for assistance? In addition, I would also like to point out that you may wish to review your firewall settings as per this document[2], as it may be where your issue lies.

Let me thank you for your response. Let me sum it up for you. I opened this GCP account with the trial version. I created a cyberpanel via Deployment Manager. I started using it without any problems. At the end of the 3-month trial period, it switched to the paid version and although the machine appeared to be active, access to the services stopped. I talked to billing support. They said it was a technical problem. First, I tried to access the ssh and cyberpanel admin panel by examining the documents myself, it didn't work. Then I got support from 3 different people. They also looked at many things, but did not work. I took backups via FTP, but I couldn't get the databases because I couldn't access the database. One of the supporters managed to get the database output in a different format. We converted this to sql file. I'll try to move it to a new server and run it.

As a result of this problematic process and not being able to find competent support, I have decided not to use GCP again. This is how my first server attempt turned out to be a bad experience. I'm sorry and a victim.

Hello again,

Thank you for your message. I see now that you have had a trying experience with GCP products, service and support. Please let me know if there is anything that we can do to remedy the situation that you are now experiencing.

Yes, that's the problem. We also tried the suggestions here. But it was not resolved. I even tried it again just to be sure. It didn't happen. It is said that the responsibility for this spontaneous problem belongs to the user. Not everyone is a professional like me. I think Google should provide support for such known issues.

Thanks

Hello,

I have looked into this matter more and have found that your best bet would be to continue to ask for help from paid support. I mention this as they have the tools necessary for this kind of issue resolution. If you would prefer this forum I can only offer you my best effort support.

To continue, as you have mentioned that you feel our support is lacking, I may create an internal request for more documentation on the issue you have specified. If you have the time maybe you could specify here any more details as to what it is you wish to achieve, your input is valuable, this is the reason I ask.

Hello,

Thanks for be interested. However, I moved my work here and deleted the respective machine. It was a difficult and unresolved process.
