Sometimes tools are never used because people are never told about them. End users should always know about the switch to Google Meet, the timeline/goal of the initiative, and the current successes. Communication should begin before implementation and throughout the expansion, so end users can ask questions and have plenty of time to begin implementing Google Meet.
