SAS - [UPDATE] Extended Grant Reauthorization Feature

In December 2023, we announced the availability of the Extended Grant Reauthorization feature on Google SAS.

We have extended the opt-in period for this feature until March 15, 2024. We strongly encourage customers to confirm with their CBSD vendors that interoperability testing for this feature has been completed.

To ensure the broadest CBSD compatibility and the smoothest transition possible, Google SAS will be carrying out a progressive rollout of this feature starting March 27th, 2024. The progressive rollout is expected to complete within 30 days.

@James_S  are we expecting to see the SAS updates on 03/27? We do not see any changes on transmit timer expiry yet.

The feature rollout began on 03/27/2024, but it is a progressive rollout. More customers will receive feature activation as the 30 days continues.
