I am unable to log in to my cp certmetrics account. Neither the register for the first time, nor the password reset links work. I have tried raising a support request, but I don't get any email for that either.
That sounds really frustrating. Have you checked your spam or junk folder for the emails? If that doesn't work, you might want to contact CertMetrics directly to see if they can help you out.
