can not register for free trial, got error: [OR_BACR2_34]

I try to register gcp for free trial, but I got a error message: "This action couldn’t be completed. Try again later. [OR_BACR2_34]"

How to slove it?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble registering for your free GCP Trial! Based on the error message referenced, there are a number of things that might be going on which vary depending on which region/country you're in.
