Outstanding balance is too small to pay

I opened a new GCP subscription for some development work that is now done. I no longer need this account and want to close it. However, I cannot close my GCP account until I pay off my outstanding balance, which is totally fine. Except...

...my outstanding balance is only $0.15 (fifteen cents) and the GCP payment site won't accept payment for less than $10.00. 

I really don't want to have to babysit this thing until I accrue $10 in charges; that could take months at this rate. I thought I had everything turned off already, but I guess something out there was costing me a tiny amount of money. No idea what service it was.

In any case, what can I do? I can't pay the bill manually and, if I wait for the auto-pay to trigger, it may have accumulated a few more pennies by then -- putting me right back in this position next month.
